This hotel was amazing! I’ve never stayed in a hotel where the staff has been so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The check-in staff member was quick and friendly and full of smiles. The pool was AMAZING (especially for kids! I’ve never seen a hotel pool with a lazy river!). The pool was down for unexpected maintenance in the morning but they offered to let us use the pool at their ‘sister hotel’ across the parking lot and were very apologetic. By the time we’d changed into our suits though, they had the pool back up and running! At breakfast there were many staff members around to refill foods, take dishes, clean tables, and just with a smile and ‘good morning’ greeting. Breakfast had so many options- it was definitely worth paying a bit more for a great stay, great pool, and great breakfast!

I had a long distance driving when I arrived late at this hotel. Unfortunately, early in the morning, despite I hang the sign to not disturb me, someone opened the door harshly and the door guard stopped it. I caused loud noise and woke me up and I could not go back to sleep after. Just terrible coordination between the staff and the front desk. Not recommend this hotel esp if you need enough sleep to continue your driving.
