I got food poisoning from your chicken wings in the lounge . Never slept all night going to bathroom and then had a 15 hour nightmare of plane rides to get to Mexico the following day.

Had no hot water second night Blood on my sheets: reported and changed but a health hazard nonetheless. I should not be checking for them. Not enough items in the room for 4 people 2 towels for 4 people Almost empty soaps and hair hygiene products. May be ok with someone with fine hair but if you have coarse hair forget washing it. Made that mistake and advised my kids not to bother. You get tangled up Coffee maker very dirty. Sink not draining. You brush your teeth and wait forever for it to drain so you don’t leave a mess. TV wifi not working. Leaving lines the first night. Simply told kids we would stay out the whole day and come back at night so we wouldn’t feel frustrated with the place since we have made payments for 3 nights already. No parking services No breakfast for the outstanding price of a night . Restaurant menu is minimalist. Stella’s restaurant near the airport saved the day for breakfast options. I have athletic kids with me. Will not be coming back definitely . I feel this hotel should be for people who missed their flight and on the go. No need for comfort.

I requested a pet friendly room at the end of a hallway, to minimize noise for our dog. I was told twice this would happen, and was put in a room in the middle of a hallway and next to the ice machine. It resulted in a night where we didn’t get much rest. I specifically made one request, was told twice it would be met, and it didn’t happen.

Had I not missed the "paid parking", and known how expensive & difficult it was to get in I would have chosen a different facility! If their van hadn't been at the the first entrance (we thought it was the back door) the information the lady working a pay parking lot gave us would have been useless. There was no clear signage it was dark and uninviting (my first thought this entrance was meant hookers or drug dealers) plain creepy and unsettling! When we discussed the lack luster entrance it was clear the receptionist was aware and embarrassed. (she was nonetheless pleasant and gave us our keys also gave accurate information to go get parked) At this point if I were able to cancel the reservation I would have, when we went around to the other entrance it was slippery and not ideal space to park to unload our bags there too the lighting was dim. The room was fine.
