We saw a mouse run across the floor of the restaurant. The front desk team was horribly rude and treats everyone like a criminal. There is a disturbing security presence and we noted a police officer wandering the halls with a gun on his hip. When we asked why this was the case, the security guard said “because of the evacuees” - yet we didn’t notice any evacuees causing any trouble. The hotel felt like a police state which was much more concerning to us than any other guests. We will never stay at this property again, it was absolutely disgusting.

Hotel has a good facility. Our kids enjoy the pool and the room has ample space. I just wish the bar/lounge stays open longer or atleast update the front desk of operating hours. Upon checked in, we were told bar is open till 12midnight, but when we went down 11:15pm they were closed at 11pm.
