Overall, our stay was pleasant and the front office staff, maintenance, and restaurant staff were great. However, while attempting to open the closet, the entire door fell on my five-year-old grand child! She was able to hold up the door for a second while I rushed to grab it. But she could have been seriously injured. We let the staff know but have not heard a word back from management, even after calling to follow up.

We had a lovely stay. The facility was clean and peaceful. I didn't eat breakfast but it smelled good. Beds were comfortable and the location is perfect for shopping. The only complaint would be that the refrigerator didn't get cold enough. Other than that, excellent.

First off the carpet on the way to the room was bulging up so try not to trip. The shower either was cold or took 10-15 minutes to get hot. The breakfast looked like leftovers. The area around has some of the worst possible restaurants.
