Room smelled had to be moved to a different room . Room was not clean even the water was dirty. This was not what was expected nor portrayed. A horrible and discomfortable stay. Will not recommend nor use again.
I checked in and a separate patron was given the same room key as me so that did not make me feel safe at all. And it doesnât help that the whole place smells like an ashtray. After finding out I was unexpectedly sharing a room with a random man, I gave back the room key and left. It was so bad I didnât feel safe enough to spend one night.
The room was not clean, there was mud on the carpet from the previous occupants. There was no shampoo in the room, the breakfast supplies were not kept stocked.
Standing outside to check in gave a sense of a high crime area which was an uneasy feeling.. the area seemed fine, so why the distance of shutting down the check in area⊠I wont stay here again.
Price was low so I guess I have too high of an expectation
The whole hotel is under construction, which I hope will be better once it is all done because itâs a great location, right by the walking bridge. However, during this construction a lot is not done. The first room I was checked into did not have an AC hooked up and half of the products still were wrapped as if they had been put in the room that day. The night person moved me right away and the next room was fine. There were holes in the wall and unfinished construction in my room when I checked in to that room as well. Very noisy, people walking by the room (on the second floor) at 2 am yelling.
The only thing that I liked about the property wast the young lady who was the attendant that helped me finally get a room that was suitable after 4 tries. It was a long 10+ day of traveling from out of town and she understood.
