This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were first in the Tikki suites, which is a straight up motel that smelled like a trailer and wasn’t clean. We upgraded to the hotel, which was slightly better but extremely noisy with thin walls and very itchy bedding, like the Tikki suites. Not sure if bed bugs or dust mites. Both my husband and I cannot stop itching.

We have good time at this property! Clean rooms, nice area and helpful stuff. Outside resting are so lovely you can make grill and enjoy lake view! Also my kid enjoyed inside pool and playground!

Nice little lake to sit at and enjoy some sun. The jacuzzi rooms are perfect for adults! As a couple without children we felt we were on a nice getaway even being in a family oriented city. Very clean!

Always love our stay here. Only “complaints” were that our room was supposed to have a lake view, but it definitely did not. The outdoor hot tub was also closed on our second day without warning or explanation which was a huge bummer.

The property was in good condition, and staying outside of town was quieter. The pillows were hard, and having different options would have helped. We enjoyed the kayaks and the treetop walk at Natura.

Bed was broken and had busted springs. Bathroom door lock broken. Not the room I had booked. I had booked a balcony room on the main building instead got a room on a separate ground level motel style building.
