Amazing customer service! Basic, but clean rooms, nice pool and loungers, coffee in the mornings, a park, grills, games, basketball…… While it was down aways on the strip, you could still walk to the downtown area.

This is our go to spot for our summer visits in the Dells. The property is well maintained and clean. My favorite thing is the pool! Very clean and lots of recliners to lay out. Rooms are big and also well kept. Our mattress in the room we stayed in probably could be tossed and a new one purchased, but we still slept just fine. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our visit at Amber's Inn & Suites. The Jacuzzi was splendid the room was very nice and it was large enough to move around in. The pool was so refreshing and nice. We spent all day there and enjoyed being in an outside pool. I wanted to swing but never got there..so next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay..We will be back...Nancy

Beautiful & peaceful property. Went with the family , had 2 rooms to have plenty of space, they were able to accommodate us to have rooms next to each other. The hotel was clean, pool was clean & warm. Conveniently located close to a Kwik Trip that has everything. We enjoy our stay at Amber's & have been coming bk every summer for the past 6-7years .

I wasnt sure how the stay was going to be considering how cheap I got the room, but I was definitely wrong! This was definitely worth it! Room was nice as well as the bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great. The front desk people were absolutely awesome! Very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

A nice basic stay with spacious clean rooms. We had an issue with the lock on our door and the staff handled it quickly. Great staff! We appreciated the Noah’s Ark wristbands and the coupons for local restaurants and attractions. Toiletries provided were minimal (provided bar soap and “conditioning shampoo” but not liquid body wash or conditioner). But overall great stay and great value!
