Great place for your family to stay! Fun pool for the kids to play. Close to some restaurants and close to all the main attractions of the dells without being in the chaos of the hotels. We will definitely be back!

We were overall very happy with this location. The villa was clean, lots of natural light, screened in porch with a nice table, a few steps to the pool, regular towels provided along with pool towels provided. All the necessary kitchen amenities and cookware were also provided. It’s very obvious that they paid close attention that guests have all the amenities needed for multiple night stays. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is because we were told a grill would be located within our unit. Unfortunately that was not the case and the grill was no longer working. When I called and asked, the resort promptly brought an additional grill - however that was also not working and it was a George Foreman which was not accommodating to my family size and what we brought to grill. Luckily this was not a deal breaker and we will definitely be staying again but will definitely bring my own grill so we don’t run into that issue again.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and location of our property. The only issues we had were a broken disposal, no conditioner in either shower. As soon as we called they came very quickly to fix the garbage disposal and bring extra shampoo and conditioner. Overall we were very happy and would definately rent again at Christmas Mountain through VRBO

Looked amazing from outside and inside at first glance, but faults began to emerge. There was mold inside upstairs shower in the grouting. The dishwasher bottom rack must have been a replacement because it would just fall off tracks when moved; very annoying. Lastly the kitchen sink once had a garbage compactor which no longer works so the sink if not careful would fill with water. I did appreciate the twin bed request fulfillment!!

Amazing Place!

My 8 yr old couldn't remember the Dells

My youngest was 2 when we were last there, My other kids(14 and 18) would tell him how much fun they had. We went to the Dells to give him his own memories. Perfect place because they had a little of everything for all 3 kids. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Very spacious for a family of 5. Honestly, you won't be able to cover it all in 1 trip. Can't wait until the next one!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Christmas Mountain Village. The only issue we had was that my son injured himself due to a pool maintenance issue. It was not serious and the staff handled it with professionalism.

Amazing location, great amenities

Family of four with two kids ages 6 & 8 and it was a great amount of space for us! Property was very clean and it was easy to feel at home there. We were thrilled with all the pools and family activities offered at the grounds when we needed some downtime from the bustle of the amusement parks.

Changed reservation location

We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids.

Good Stay

Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.
