I love staring here. Its convenient and the staff is so nice! This stay was a little off though. No air conditioning when we go there but was fixed when we returned from dinner. Our phone never worked and we found a pair of underwear with the hair dryer All things we handled or dealt with but a little subpar compared to our other stays.

We were drawn to this location due to many positive reviews, many mention being clean, and also not having pets allowed. Having a clean place is important to us, and the pets things helps as some of us have allergies. So we were drawn to that. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was our main source of disappointment. In our first room, there were bits of food along the bed, dirt and hair by the fridge, suggesting the room hadn't even been vacuumed. Then remnants of "stuff" in the toilet showed that it must not have been cleaned either, and led us to ask for another room. The second room appeared in better shape overall. But as we got our kids in bed, pulled back the sheets, found dirt and hair down by the feet suggesting that bedding hadn't been all washed. Super frustrated at this point, but all were exhausted. We asked for a new set of sheets to change it ourselves and just dealt with it. The other bed was ok. Along the same lines for the place as a whole, we often took the stairs and there was junk on nearly every step that wasn't ever cleaned over our two nights. All windows had dirt along them so hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned either. Their best attribute was that the staff I dealt with was very kind...front desk both shifts, and the guy brining towels and replacement sheets, were also kind. So well done on the people front, we appreciated that. But please someone train the cleaning crew! Also the good deal on Noah's Ark tickets was a plus.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was actually really good. We loved the pancake maker. One big complaint is about the pool area. Bigger kids unsupervised playing rough on the water slides when my younger daughter who is four and the family we were with their kids who are also younger, couldn’t use the water slide. The kids were jamming up the slide and running up and down the slide. They were nicely asked to let the little kids have turns and they ignored us. They took over the little kid area too. We finally left because there was no where for our kids to play. Thankfully that was only one night, but it was our last night there and our kids were bummed.

Good location with easy parking. Continental breakfast is great as well as the indoor pool with slide, basketball, and kiddie pool. Doors, halls, and access in and out of elevator are a bit challenging to navigate alone with an average size single stroller.
