The employees were very nice. There were a couple of flies in the room. We killed them but by morning there were even more. Not sure where they came from. Bathroom was not as clean as it usually is at Tru hotels.
This was the first time we stayed at a Hilton tru. It was fantastic. Cozy and quiet. The mattress on our bed was so comfotable. We will look for this brand when we travel again.
This hotel is at the "newer" end of the Dells, very clean area although lots of traffic noise even late at night. Shower door didn't close all the way leaving puddle on the floor. Rooms very clean, like new, great staff.
It was ok, there were no ammenities and no coffee in room nor bottled water. And the breakfast was totally lame. For a Hilton is was not what I am used to.
From the minute I walked in to when I checked out, I was totally impressed with this Hotel. The front desk employee was so pleasant at check-in as well as the employee the next morning. The room was incredibly clean. From the TV to breakfast the next morning, I was so impressed. I will be staying at this Hotel again!!
Lobby is nicely set up for eating and snacking, visiting, board games, air hockey table. Generally, the rooms are quiet and clean. My only complaint was they service the rooms every other day -- refill soaps, replace towels, empty garbage and make the bed. Our bed was not made and the cleaning crew told me that has to be requested separately. It does not. I confirmed that with the front desk. Also they didn't supply us with more toilet paper on the every other day.
