The front desk staff was not friendly or informative when we checked in after we had been turned away when we arrived about a half hour early to just see if the room might be ready...we didn't get a chance to even ask when as were told we would have to come back. We were booked into an ajoining room with a king bed (when we had booked 2 queen beds) which made the very loud obnoxious teenagers beside us quite unbearable. There was mold in our shower, the room phone did not work to even call the front desk. There weren't any seats available when we went down to breakfast.

The bathroom was so clean. Loved the shower and the towels we soft and fluffy. Breakfast was ok. No protein options except no fat yogurt. Will definitely stay here again when in the area
