Sofa bed was stained and so thin… you can literally feel the springs digging into your body. Staff was limited. Went to front desk multiple times and had to wait for over 10-15 min for someone to come to the desk. Overall for a quick trip is was ok, Suite is spacious.

The front desk ladies were very nice. Our room had 2 cockroaches that we killed and it looked very dirty. Everything was old and grimey. We took the kids to the pool and it was pretty gross and nasty in there too. The AC in the rooms was probably the only good thing. Worked great. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable never seen such small pillows. Our fridge in our room stopped working suddenly which was very unfortunate because we had milk in there for the kids. Our room smelled like cigarettes too. If you’re just looking for something quick and cheap to just sleep in then it’s fine but if you have kids I would pass up on it.
