The staff Erica & the property manager both called me a liar after I advised them there was smoke in hallway it was extremely bad and caused me to become ill. I have a low tolerance for smoke smells and than the guest above me was running around like crazy and I called the front desk around midnight to complain & Erica was useless in helping to resolve the issue. Again saying I lied because she said she was just there and they were not being noisy however as she spoke the words the guest continued to jump off beds or whatever they were doing. To say the least we will never return to your property again. And my husband is a oilfield executive and they use the hotel often, we advised we would be canceling any future stays with his company, to their reply they could care less.

Would stay again!

I stayed overnight. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and available. The pool was heated and hottub was great, everything was very slick though ! I stayed on the 1st floor and it was quiet, only noise I could hear was the cars passing by and a few footsteps upstairs. My room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!
