Great convenience and location

Great location, excellent room, lots of fun nearby. My only complaint was the flaky nature of the Chromecast/smart TV. It needed a few hard reboots over the course of my one night stay, but still was still vastly preferable to cable

1st stay and not so great

First time staying at a Hyatt and the room was not very clean. The rugs were disgusting, stains everywhere. The worst part there was a leak coming from the air vent in the bathroom. When you sat to use the toilet you would have water falling on your head. The only positive about the hotel, was their breakfast. It was great and fully stock at all times.The cleaniness will make me think twice about staying at another Hyatt.

The bathroom sink was partially clogged, causing water to accumulate halfway up the drain when washing hands with soap. The water will need to drain down before the sink can be used again.
