Thanks to high windows, the 70 m² villa feels wonderfully spacious and bright. The cozy living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with a combination oven, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop with an integrated extractor fan, making meal preparation a breeze.

The two bedrooms are both furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, and importantly, each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom complete with a refreshing walk-in rain shower.
