The property itself was satisfactory for the people in our family that were still able to use it from our original booking. After a death in the family most of our original group was unable to go but still were interested in trying to change the date. It was 10 days notice (which is short) but in that time frame with numerous attempts from ourselves and from VRBO not once did we ever hear back from the property manager. They did not check in before, during, or after our stay. We were not trying to get out of payment or the trip itself, we just wanted to see if it was a possibility to change the date so our entire group could go. We still had a few family members that were able to use it, but it was still disappointing the lack of communication or respect they showed for our situation.
