I had to email the property manager for the access code 2 days before my arrival. I think a 4pm check in is too late but we arrived promptly only to find the code didnât work. Took us 30 mins to reach manager bc we kept getting voicemail, when we reached her she was clueless and it took her another 30 mins to get us the right code. I was expecting to find the WiFi information inside, and as an international traveler I depend on WiFi. It took another 4 hours before I was able to get the password, manager said she usually sends the information when guests are in, makes no sense, it should be posted and readily available upon entry.
House was clean but the living room furniture is covered in dog hair. The space is way smaller than I expected and I definitely paid to much based on current price drops. Listing says washer and dryer, manager never told me where it was..it is actually in a dirty little room below. This is a middle unit so you have people living above and below you. I was told I had 3 parking spaces but I was not clear where they were, tenant upstairs told us we were in his space and clarified where we could park.
