Location was excellent right across the road from teain station Good block out curtains Our room was at the back so there are noices very early in the mornings, Room is roomy but furniture is very outdated but still comfortable

Beautiful room with character.

A beautiful historic hotel, perfectly located across from main station so no need to take a cab to settle. The decor is modest and tasteful, bed very comfortable, lovely shower and double glazed windows blocking out noise, door opening into a balcony. The only problem was the hairdryer which kept overheating every couple of minutes and it was impossible to dry my hair. Unfortunately the reception replaced it with an identical one, which I think was a remnant of the communist era. I would definitely stay there again.

Handy for one night

Booked a comfort room which was lovely , little dated but comfortable and clean .. all comfort rooms are in the tower facing the main road where trams are literally 1m away so it was very noisy and the curtains didn’t quite meet . We asked to change rooms which as much smaller , however cooler and quieter . Hotel was very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Great location of train station .. a 20 min walk to market square..

Good value, convenient location

Across the street from the main train and bus station. Clean, comfortable, friendly service. My room on the street side of the hotel was a bit noisy. I would stay there again.

Great stay!

We spent 3 nights while visiting the Christmas markets. We had a really comfortable stay. The room was nice and comfortable and very close to the centre. The breakfast was included and whilst very modest, it filled us up for the day. Will definitely return.
