Disliked: Room comfort

Not a good choice

Not a good hotel to choose. Room is small and neighbors are noisy. Neighbor played loud music for 2 hours from 1am to 3am. I ended up canceling the remaining nights and booked somewhere else. Customer service is also very rigid and won't help.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) A truly disappointing stay. The apartment was not properly cleaned, with broken glass scattered on the floor—an actual safety hazard. I even found bugs on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom floods every time you shower, forcing me to use towels to stop water from spilling into the room. On top of that, the curtains are too short, leaving zero privacy—neighbors could easily see inside my room. I paid expensive cleaning fee, but it was clearly wasted. For this price, I should have just booked a 4- or 5-star hotel. Absolutely would not recommend.
Insect Infestation: Bugs were found on the bed, which is completely unacceptable for a rental property.
Bathroom Issues: The shower floods excessively, While shower, bathroom is absolutely flooded, and water spilt into the room. This issue required me to make dam with towels to block water coming into room. I understand why ther
Privacy Concerns: The curtains provided are too short, failing to offer sufficient privacy. for sure Next door people could see me naked on bed through the window.
