We were never really welcomed at all. It seemed like an inconvenience that we had arrived. All very strange. The owner was only available by cell phone and the other folk around the place showed disinterest.

I honestly don't know why this place is listed as a Hotel. It does not have the amenities of a hotel. There is not reception desk, attendant or concierge. One person gives you a WhatsApp number and says " if you need something text me". Again, this is a hotel not an Airbnb. There were no shampoo and conditioner, the toilet was broken. There is no heater in the room, so I asked for extra blankets which they brought two and smelled terrible like a wet dog" The room is dusty and not maintained. Two remote controls with three batteries, which one of those batteries I have to remove to other remote to just run on the tv, then replace back the battery on the other remote ti charge the channels. Needless to say, one of the remotes didn't have a cover. The property is like a nice ranch but not well maintained. There is nothing close by, so one person cooks for you the meals. There are barely any people in the huge property, so if you need anything and the WhatsApp txt is not answer promptly, you have to go out and look for someone. I needed to shower, there was not hot water, so again I have to go out to look for someone to fix the hot water which barely came out. Showering with not conditioner it's not fun. There are wild animals in cages and exotic birds. My question is " How safe are the guests from wild animals if there is barely any people around in the property? if from formal zoos animals escape, how can I make sure that I'm safe in this property.

Bonito lugar, mal servicio al huesped

Para llegar hay que ir por caminos de terracería, sin google maps no se puede llegar, Las habitaciones y el lugar son muy bonitos. Pero la experiencia no es como un hotel, es más como un AIRBnB, Tienen animales al estilo de un zoologico pero estan muy descuidados, vimos leones, leopardos, cocodrilos e hipopótamos. Esto si hace una experiencia diferente.

Muy caro para el servicio brindado

La habitación es espaciosa y el lugar en general bonito, pero está descuidado, la alberca con el agua muy sucia (imposible nadar ahí), las mesas para el desayuno con hormigas, en la habitación una cucaracha muerta, al llegar no tuvieron terminal bancaria para cobrarme, me pidieron hacer transferencia electrónica. Por la noche, al volver después de una boda, un perro suelto y todo el rancho a oscuras. El acceso al lugar es difícil.

Lugar muy agradable.

La atención del personal es excelente, la limpieza es muy buena, solo hizo falta un mejor aire acondicionado, pero lo compensaron dándonos una habitación adicional con un mejor aire acondicionado. También creo que algunos animales deberían estar mejor alimentados, los hipopótamos son increíbles. En general todo muy bien.

No era lo que esperaba

Llegar es complicado, waze te manda por milpas y pastusales y hasta que llegan te dicen que era por el otro lado pero no hay indicaciones. Al llegar nadie sabe para donde sirigirte ni como recibirte. Me cobraron mas de la cotizacion de la aplicación, no se respeto el precio. Porque si quieres pagar con tarjeta debes pagar un extra... La alberca muy sucia y descuidada, enlamada y fria...es adorno, no se puede usar. Muy solo el lugar, no hay ni a quien preguntarle algo ni servicio te dan.

No encontré el lugar. El GPS me llevó por distintos puntos y me cansé de buscar. No sé qué pasó. Mientras buscaba el hotel encontré otro que tenía espacio, por cansancio decidí hospedarme ahí.

El trato fue excelente , muy amable. Muy reservado el lugar, limpio. Mucha tranquilidad y un excelente lugar para ir con la familia ya que cuentan con un pequeño zoológico puedes tener la experiencia de darle de comer a varios animales con las precauciones debidas . Atencion de la señorita Alma fue excelente en el tours del Zoológico y del Rancho en general . Y la Administración del Hotel super amable y accesible.

El concepto es bueno. Lo que no me gustó, la encargada nos indico que la plataforma le reservó de más por lo que tenía sobre cupo, nos instaló en una habitación de visitas, el baño olía mal y el cuarto no estaba acondicionado para 3 personas que fue la reserva original.
