You will have a beautiful authentic tatami room in a big spacious house with garden.
Great for a couple, and 3 is possible for budget travelers.
Your room will come with towels, and a hairdryer, and there is a great power shower to relax after a great day of sightseeing.
Easy to Tokyo with a one day pass and all the fantastic places to visit there.

Makuhari Messe is easy for gamers, anime and Japanese music lovers.

Disneyland is very easy to access.

Narita is just 25 minutes away.

The house is near Katsutadai station and Murakami Stations which are main lines to Tokyo.

A shopping mall is within a 5 minute walk with everything you need.
There is a food court and restaurants there.

Also, there is a large Karaoke place and games center. The station is close by and there is a fast train into Tokyo. Basically you can feel the real calm homely Japan, as well as the hustle of Tokyo just a train ride away.
