We were traveling across country. That day we traveled 8 hours and were exhausted and ready to sleep.The people at the desk were nice. The laundry facility was terrible. The machines made extremely loud noises and didn't work well. We had to dry our clothes by hanging them around the room. The noise was so terrible above us that I called to see if they were doing construction above us. I was informed a highschool track team was staying on the 3rd floor. Lucky us, the room above our head must have been the party room. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep. Never again will I stay there.

Nothing fancy, just a clean, quiet hotel. The Mexican restaurant next door is a good dinner spot. If that doesnt sound good, there are plenty of other options nearby.

Too many steps required to check in. After you go through expedia and pay, hotel still wants you to do additional registration process sent to your phone via text link. Painful. If you call the main line you will talk to someone from other country who is trying to sell you something and doesnt understand you. Took 15 min just to get a real phone number for the front desk. Avoid. Local staff is great. Managment is cutting corners.

We loved this hotel. We traveled with dogs. The room had wood floors, so no smelly carpet. The room smelt fresh, even though it was a pet friendly room. The floors needed cleaned and the screen on the patio door needed replaced. Other than that, the room was great. Walked out to a river front view with a pathed walking trail and beautiful green lawn. Didn’t use the outdoor pool, but, it looked very nice and clean.

Expected more for the cost.

The location is convenient, right next to a major highway and within easy walking distance to some restaurants. A walking/running path and river run alongside the hotel. We felt safe in the halls (all had cameras) and rooms, though the old safety chain was about 50 years old and a bit worn. The room was clean but dated. Lighting was all very bright. Bath fixtures seemed all old but functional. Beds seemed older too and felt worn. Overall value was below average. For the price ($170/night) I expected more.
