The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Please note that we regularly spray the property for pests, including bugs and spiders. However, during summer, mosquitoes are naturally more prevalent and cannot be wholly avoided despite preventative measures.
