Shadidul:This entire experience has been beyond disappointing and wildly short of the “luxury” you falsely advertised. Not only did the entire unit rank of cigarette/vape smoke, the cracked tile by the front door you tried to cover up with the dingy brown carpet injured one of our guests. She cut her foot on the jagged tile you failed to fix and ensure was safe for the rental. Your astounding recklessness endangered my family.Beyond that the unit itself was disgusting.The discolored, chronically stained, and outright dirty carpet was not only off putting but demonstrated your lack of care and outright lies about this being a “luxury” rental.There was no cool air on the 2nd floor period. The lone window unit was wholly inadequate to cool down the first floor.The bathrooms were reminiscent of a low rent motel room. There were no vents or toilet paper holders or paper towels or bathroom mats, or even towel racks to hang up damp towels. The tubs were discolored and moldy. The grout looked slathered on by amateurs. There were missing tiles in the showers as well. The first floor rooms did not have any closet space, which seems idiotic for a house that is supposed to host 10 guests. Nor did they have any mirrors. Moreover, you failed to provide any extra linen or towels.The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the frames felt as though they did not fully support their mattresses.
