Welcome to the Cocoa Loft! This converted warehouse development exudes quality and makes for the ideal stay in York; be it a weekend getaway or a home from home on business.
This property is a larger than average deluxe studio apartment with the additional sofa bed. The furniture has been laid out in such a way that it offers a more private bedroom setting and has the feel of a larger 1 bedroom residence.
The kitchen area features a stylish quartz worktop and LED strip lighting with a luxurious tiled finish underfoot. The living area offers comfortable seating for three on the sofa and separate armchair. The bedroom area has been partially sectioned off from the rest of the apartment through clever use of storage shelving and has a more private feel. With luxurious bedding and extra seating the bedroom feels cosy and separate.
The shower room is fully tiled throughout and features a luxurious walk in wet room style shower. The apartment also benefits from onsite, allocated parking, a real rarity for a studio property in York city centre!

Located in a quite location but close enough to walk into the centre of York.
The apartment is in an industrial building convertion, which has been done to a good standard. It is modern with clean lines but still felt warm and cosy. However as mentioned in previous reviews it's a shame that signs of wear and tear are starting to appear e.g the crack tile and missing grout in the kitchen area. But putting that aside it is still a great apartment in a good location and would definitely stay here again

Compact and comfy, excellent location..
The apartment is excellently finished, to a high standard, with attention to detail.
The bed is very comfortable, despite being a fold-up; the shower is a joy to use 😊
The private, secure, car-park is worth rubies, especially as the apartment is genuinely a 5-10 minute walk from the Town Centre! Also, it’s in a quiet area.

Great stay close to shops
Stayed within this complex last year and found the accomodation ideal for our needs such as shopping and dining being only a few minutes walk to York city centre.
Clean tidy, comfortable and with allocated parking next door include, very happy with our stay. Just one down side. Within a few days of staying, the internet went down in the apartment which we reported. Sttays York managed to get access to other accomodations internet hub which was suitable for browsing but wasn't strong enough for much downloading. Despite attepmts to have this fixed, the internet as advertised did not come back on for the remainder of the holiday which meant I was having to visit office premises to undertake business work during my break which was the only fault of the holiday.
Would recommend property (if owner has repaired internet) for an ideal base for York.
