Breakfast was as it should be - (hard boiled eggs might be nice) Super nice staff / great room with a view - Expedia might have given them impetus for giving us top floor. And an amazing town. Really enjoyed our four days.

Staff were helpful, polite and courteous if a tiny bit slow. Room was excellent, spacious, very clean, great shower and had coffee/tea making facilities, huge tv screen - all positives. Breakfast was very good indeed - well cooked and tasty although could have done with an alternative to scrambled eggs- fried maybe? The only negative was the performance of the key cards; could not operate the lifts 3x and failed to gain entry to my room 2x. This was frustrating but eventually got resolved.

Good location

The first room we were in had mould in the showerhead and behind the shower pole. We got our room changed out and the second room was better. Parking is awful when you want to unload your baggage. The nearest parking is a seven minute drive away and is very expensive even with the hotel discount. The only thing outstanding about this place was the breakfast and the location

They claim they have parking but they don't. They send you to a public parking nearby that is too small and always full. Make sure you book parking ahead somewhere else, ignore their claims about parking.

We stayed three nights. Room was not especially clean the first night and there was no cleaning whatsoever the next day-- not even trash taken out. The following morning I asked the front desk to assure that our room was cleaned that day, and to their credit it was. But at the price we paid, I should not have to ask to have routine cleaning performed.
