The room was not cleaned at all. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products. The outside and surrounding areas were very nice. Older rooms and the bedding was not fresh. The bed comforters were both stained.

Basic Stay in PA

The property is conveniently located in York. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast offered was nice. There was no pool available as shown in pictures. They said it’s been closed since covid. The sound proofing was terrible and I was woken by doors slamming each morning.

Nice but not Very Nice

The room was nice but the bathroom was unacceptable. Shower had long hairs on the shower walls and floor. Toilet was running all the time making it uncomfortable to sleep with the noise. Entrance floor was sticky. I wished I would have remembered to take photos but I didn’t. I normally stay in this hotel when visiting family in York but it seems to me that is starting to feel and look a bit rundown. May consider another option next time.

Nasty!

Rooms are filthy dirty and smells bad of dog urine. Our 1st night checked in, bedroom has stain and toilet was not flushed (toilet paper still in bowl). Front desk receptionist switched us to a new room. 2nd room switched to was even worst than the 1st room. Bed has bed bugs. Switched to another room again in the middle of the night. We took pictures of the bug on the bed. Address the issues with the manager, she told us it’s not a bed bug. Attached are the photos of the bugs. If this is not a bed bug, I don’t know what is. I don’t care what she saids, there shouldn’t be any bugs on the bed period!!!! I don’t pay to sleep with bugs. Room is filled of dusks! Nasty place! Spend your money wisely, DO Not STAY HERE!
