When we arrived at the unit, there was no electricity. There was no accommodations made. The entire unit was electric. It was 98° and it was impossible to get a hold of someone. I am still trying to get a hold of someone I would appreciate help from Expedia in this matter.
Several problems with this site. First - owners did not provide information on unit location.
It took us 2 hours to find it, and only after help from a local. Second - owners did not provide the apartment room number. I found the unit by trying the door key code at several rooms. By luck I found the correct unit. Third - the unit was advertised as good for 4 people, leading us to assume there were at least two beds. There was only one double bed, so some people would have to sleep on the floor. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Fourth - the owners did not provide their telephone number. There was no way to ask them for help. A very high priced room that is not worth the cost.
Very nice place, had everything we needed. Had trouble finding the room number in our reservation once we got there. Lack of cell service made that even more difficult! The owners answered the phone right away to help out though.
