Excellent location in old town. The only thing is the toilet and bedroom is separated by only a frosted glass see through wall, so you have to be close to the person you are rooming with or it can get pretty uncomfortable.

Poor value, rude service and no privacy

When we arrived there was nobody at the check in desk, or the next two times we checked. When we rang the number given it failed to connect. Thankfully someone eventually turned up, but didn't apologise to us or the family who had been waiting 2 hours. The pictures failed to represent that the bathroom is essentially in the bedroom, separated only by a glass swing door! There was no privacy for the toilet. The room itself was well decorated however the 'double bed' is actually two singles that you cannot join together without a gap of several inches which was annoying. Poor value for money and we wouldn't stay again.

Lot of great things about this place: modern room with simple but stylish decor. Extremely friendly desk service. Right off a buzzing, lively part of the Old Town and near the main promenade so easily in reach of everything (including being at the right end of town to be able to walk to the beach). Air conditioning a big plus. The only complaint would be that the shower in our room was a bit blocked so the water tended to fill the bathroom and even go a bit into the bedroom. However if they sorted this I would definitely stay again.

Modern furnished room located in the old town

The room is clean and very modern. The place is located in the old town. The wifi didn’t work well in the room itself although worked fine in the foyer and stairwell. I would definitely stay there again

Wir waren im Idassa bereits zum zweiten Mal. Als wir das erste Mal dort waren sind wir 3 Nächte geblieben, dieses Mal waren es 7 Nächte. Es gibt das Hotel und Apartments. Gebucht hatten wir das Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Leider hat man keine schöne Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, für 8 Tage zu klein! Natürlich geht man auch an den Strand in dieser Zeit und wir hätten keine Möglichkeit gehabt unsere Handtücher irgendwo zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Für die normalen Handtücher ist schon kaum Platz zum aufhängen. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal ein Zimmer in der 4 Etage, ohne Fahrstuhl, direkt unter dem Dach und irgendwie wirkte das Ganze eher wie eine kleine Schachtel, als wie ein Zimmer. Wir haben nachgefragt, ob es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, in die Apartments umzuziehen, die sich direkt daneben befanden. Es wurde alles möglich gemacht und wir konnten direkt am nächsten Morgen unser Zimmer beziehen. Absoluter Vorteil war die Größe. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse auf der wir unsere Handtücher vom Strand trocknen konnten. Leider gab es einen Wasserschaden in diesem Zimmer und der Schrank sowie das Zimmer haben ganz furchtbar gerochen. Wir konnten unsere Kleidung leider nicht aus dem Koffer nehmen in dieser Zeit. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass kein Safe vorhanden war, obwohl das Zimmer sich im Erdgeschoss befand. So kam eine Kleinigkeit zur anderen. Ich möchte besonders das Große Engagement von dem Empfangsdamen hervorheben.

The rooms are very authentic with historical Croatian stones. It was all clean and modern designed. The reception is amazing, very warm welcome and supported by very local and secret Tipps. It felt like coming home. Thanks for the pleasant stay !!!

El horario de recepción Es de 8-20. Igualmente conversamos con el hotel y avisamos nuestro horario de arribo. Nunca hay nadie en la recepción. Esperamos 20 minutos para q vinieran y el check out lo hicimos solas. El contrato decía desayuno en hotel contiguo y resulta que hay q ir con un vouchers a un bar a 300 m del hotel a desayunar. Está en un lugar rodeado de tachos de basura. Una mugre. Una vergüenza. Habitación minúscula con cama doble y 1 sola mesita de luz
