On the top of the house there is a huge roof terrace with pool , bar and DJ pult exclusively for the guests, with panoramic view on Zadar city. Free Wifi and parking as well. The main feature is  on the top of the villa you can find a huge terrace  with amazing pool, bar and dj pult with laptop. after 10 pm no party and loud music at the roof!
