Wir hatten den schlechtesten Aufenthalt, den wir je erlebt haben. Schon bei der Ankunft war niemand erreichbar – weder Katina noch Bobby gingen ans Telefon. Check-in sollte in der Beach Bar erfolgen, aber niemand wusste Bescheid. Erst nach langem Hin und Her wurden wir aufs Zimmer gebracht – ohne Erklärung zu Safe, WLAN, Reinigung etc. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, aber viele Dinge funktionierten nicht: defekte Schalter, offene Kabel unter dem Bett, LED-Licht kaputt. Der Safe war nicht nutzbar, auf mehrfaches Nachfragen reagierte das Personal genervt, der Kellner fragte sogar, ob wir den Safe „jetzt wirklich brauchen“. Die Reinigung war eine Katastrophe: In 7 Tagen wurde nur 1x richtig geputzt. Auf eine höfliche Bitte, ob sie 20 Min. später putzen könne, reagierte die Putzfrau frech und unhöflich. Am Abreisetag haben wir leider etwas verschlafen. Die Putzfrau stürmte ins Zimmer und wollte uns rausschmeißen – unglaublich respektlos! Mehrere Stromausfälle (teils nachts, teils tagsüber), 1,5 Std. ohne Wasser am vorletzten Tag, kein Toilettenpapier am letzten Tag – auf keine Nachricht oder Anrufe reagierte jemand. Der Empfang, Service und Umgang mit Gästen waren respektlos und unprofessionell. Einzig der Manager und ein junger Kellner waren freundlich. Keine Empfehlung – wir würden nicht wiederkommen

First time choosing an apartment over a hotel and the best decision I could have made. The owner and staff are super friendly and caring. Everything needed was immediately provided. The view is most amazing, the room clean and modern. Everything is up to date. We had everything we needed and loved the location and the restaurant/ beach bar. Parking, breakfast, wifi, tv, private Veranda, towels, beach towels, ropes and slippers plus coffee and water was provided in the room. Location is great and you can walk to the heart of laganas that has multiple stores, bars, clubs, restaurants, rentals, pharmacy, medical services and much more. Beach is calm and clean. We saw many turtles early in the morning when the water was the calmest. 10 mins from the airport, 12 min to zante town, 5 mins to cameo island, 30 min to Vasiliko, tsilivi, mizithres, xigia Beach, 50 min to shipwreck. We rented a car and the parking was safe and plenty.
