Villa Michaelo is a newly built 110 sq.m villa in Kalamaki. The modern, simple yet elegant design of the Villa is apparent in both its interiors and spacious outdoors, inviting you to experience special moments in a dreamlike setting.
The villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, bbq area and private parking. The master bedroom has got a double bed and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms consist of two single beds each. Villa Michaelo features a very spacious, comfortable, welcoming living room with modern furnishing and its own dining area where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the pool area. There is access to the swimming pool and bbq area through the living room.
The villa is built inside a fenced area maximizing privacy and offers sun loungers where guests can wind down while soaking up the Greek sunshine and a dining table the ideal place to enjoy your meals, local delicacies and unique summer holidays while swimming by the pool. The charming beauty of the spacious outdoors create a sense of tranquility, that cozy home awaiting to house carefree nights and days that will always be cherished.
Villa Michaelo overlooks the mountain as well as the green landscape surrounding it and it is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends as it is close to Kalamaki centre and Kalamaki beach.
Kalamaki is located on the south side of Zakynthos and is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island, ideal destination for couples as well as families. Apart from the numerous restaurants, bars and tourist shops, kalamaki is known for its long sandy beach, which is suitable for children and elderly people as its waters are shallow and calm. It is the nesting place for caretta-caretta sea turtle and thus is a protected area by the National Marine park. Zakynthos town is 4km away with plenty of entertainment and dining options. Laganas, the islandʼs most popular tourist resort is also 4 km away.
