Ich hatte zu Beginn Apartment B6, das direkt gegenĂŒber der Treppe zum Pool liegt. Man wird jeden Morgen um 8:30 dadurch geweckt, dass die Kette durchs Eisentor gezogen wird, das den Zugang zum Pool versperrt. Dann hört es sich so an, als ob die Poolbesucher ĂŒber meinen Balkon laufen. Hatte bei der Buchung um eine ruhige Lage gebeten. Dann bekam ich G18, auf der Straßenseite. Bei der Besichtigung am Nachmittag war alles ruhig. Am nĂ€chsten Morgen stellte sich raus, dass die Tauchschule im Erdgeschoss des GebĂ€udes fĂŒr noch viel mehr LĂ€rm durch Beladen von Autos und RĂŒckwĂ€rtsfahren der Kleinlaster sorgt. Der Kompressor der TauchflaschenfĂŒllstation im Keller ist morgens und abends bis in den dritten Stock zu hören. Der Urlaub war dadurch ziemlich verdorben. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr nett und im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten hilfsbereit. Das Management, das fĂŒr die Vergabe der Wohnungen zustĂ€ndig ist (wechselnde Personen), kann meist nicht direkt per Telefon erreicht werden und ruft auch nicht immer zurĂŒck. Das hat sehr genervt. Der Ratschlag, doch einfach die Fenster geschlossen zu halten, war nicht hilfreich. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich gut, wenn auch teilweise defekt. Die VerfĂŒgbarkeit eines Tiefgaragenplatzes und die Ausstattung mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern und BalkontĂŒren ist lobenswert.
