Canillo Spa Hotels

"Hotel with nice deco. rooms ok but nothing special. Breakfast very good and personal very friendly. Playroom for kids. However, very bad experience with pool and spa. While on the booking page it said this is included, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for the kids, upon arrival we were informed that this service comes at significant additional cost. I complained but the hotel direction remained completely stubborn and we had to pay additional 64€ for 3h use of Swimming pool and sauna! It is nice, but this is completely insane and a shame. I’ve never seen a hotel in this price category where using the hotel facilities is not included. On top, not all whirl functionalities worked and the opening hours also didn‘t correspond to what was communicated when booking. VIP benefits: prosecco only received after complaining, room upgrade was not offered. The kids liked it though, hence left with very mixed feelings. Probably would not recommend. "
