"Booked a room with view and large bed. Got the view and twin beds next to each other making a gap between beds. Got changed to another room, but no refills on the shower gel and body lotion which were empty upon arrival, shower evacuation clogged and one hole in the bed sheets
Took 1 full day to get things fixed despite note left for room cleaning. On the last day, staff entered the room at 7:50am without being invited! This was the Cherry on the cake for the stay! Hotel is nicely placed, view is amazing on the parliament but the staff is not up to the standard of the place. Not enough to put a shade on an amazing 3 days in Budapest city!"

"Chambre ok - propretĂ© ok - personnel dĂ©pends de la personne.. parfois ok, parfois pas - petit dĂ©jeuner pas terrible. Piscine et sauna sur le rooftop vraiment top! L’endroit - localisation top! "
