"Staff: The staff could be more welcoming and warm. Some interactions felt a bit cold, particularly with the man with the mustache.
Common Area: The sofas in the main lounge area are dirty and torn. They could really use a thorough cleaning or replacement to improve the overall comfort and appearance."
