"Also vor einer Woche hatten wir hier übernachtet war supper. Muss dazu sage diesmal habe ich 11 euro bonus punkte benutzt. So das Hotel günstiger wurde. Vieleicht haben wir wegen dem ein schlechtes stinkendes Raucherzimmer bekommen. Wir haben reklamiert uns wurde ein einziges Zimmer das noch frei wahr gezeigt wahr auch 3 mal grösser jedoch kein fenster egal dachte hab ja klimaanlage . Wir haben gewechselt und liesen die karte dri n. So das wir wenn wir zurück kamen ein kaltes zimmer haben. Was machtn die sie haben zentral abgeschaltet . Auch nach 2 Std. Ei schaltn hatten wir immer noch 30 grad. So das wir das stinkende zimmer nahmen Dort konnten wir die klimaanlage nicht abstellen auch wenn wir die Hotelkarte rausnahmen. Beim Spühlen vom wc kamm aus der Wan das Wasser retour. Beim frühstück mussten 3 Personnen die halle reinigen. Diesen lerm mit maschiene und die stühle rumstossen hat die hotelgäste gestört. "
