"Die Damen an der Rezeption waren unglaublich professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte z.B. meine Brieftasche im Taxi verloren. Sie haben sich unermüdlich und mit Erfolg bemüht, den Taxifahrer ausfindig zu machen. Eine Stunde später hatte ich sie samt Geld und Kreditkarten wieder."
