"Gute Lage
Professionelles und sehr freundliches Personal mit viel Geduld*
*Die Klimaanlage ist an beiden Tagen total ausgefallen und anscheinend besteht das Problem schon seit mehreren Tagen….wir haben eine Entschädigung erhalten (Dankeschön!), aber es war natürlich bei diesen hohen Temperaturen trotz Ventilator nicht sehr angenehm!
Dieser Aspekt ist nicht in die Bewertung eingeflossen, da das Personal das best Mögliche unternahm, um es den Gesten angenehm zu machen! …. Und die Verantwortung liegt beim Hauptsitz der Hotelkette in Brest und nicht vor Ort…. Zufällig (oder auch nicht), war am nächsten Tag in einer anderen Stadt bei derselben Hotelkette die Klimaanlage komplett ausgefallen….!!"
