Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Im Vergleich zu manch anderer Ferienwohnung hat es hier wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war für uns top, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Alles konnte mühelos zu Fuß erledigt werden.

Sauber, gute Lage, sehr gut für Familien

Alles prima, dank Bollerwagen am Haus kann man in Zingst das Auto komplett stehen lassen. Noch besser wäre es für Familien, wenn es beim Service, der An- und Abreise und die Reinigung managt, ein Reisebett für Babys und einen Hochstuhl gäbe. Und ein paar mehr Spül-Tabs und Müllbeutel wären nett :) Sonst sehr gut ausgestattet.

Schöner Familienurlaub am Strand

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern möbliert und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Größe war für uns völlig ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man leicht mit dem Fahrrad. Leider hat in der Wohnung jedoch die während unseres Aufenthalts noch im Inserat enthaltene Waschmaschine gefehlt, welche fester Bestandteil unserer Gepäckplanung war. Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder gibt es im Schuppen, dieser ist jedoch für vier Fahrräder leider sehr klein. Einen zweiten Schlüssel gibt es auch auf Nachfrage nicht.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse hat zudem lange Abendsonne.

Alles Super mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Das Objekt ist sehr gut gelegen, sauber und gepflegt. Der Objektservice hat sich als sehr flexibel und Urlauber freundlich erwiesen. Wir konnten schon etwas früher in die Wohnung rein was mit zwei Kindern sehr gut war. Leider war die Kurtaxe nicht beim Vermieter/Objektservice zu zahlen. Die kann aber im Laufe der folgenden Tage bei der TouristInfo nachgeholt werden. Einziges Problem war die Adresse. Die bei FeWo-Direkt angegebene Adresse ist falsch oder die private Adresse des Eigentümers. Die richtige Adresse ist die Friedenstraße 49/51.
