In front of the villa there is a private outdoor swimming pool with 12 deckchairs and 2 umbrellas. Also, there is a barbecue area where you can enjoy with friends and family. A deposit in cash (1500 EUR) is required upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage). In the period from December 19 to January 1, the damage deposit amounts to 2500 EUR.
