The house consists of the living room and four bedrooms, with five private bathroom, the kitchen the space for dinning and the billiard room. Teracce with barbecue and table for 10 people. Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided in every bedroom.

Relaxed Stay

The house is well equipped, and very comfortable. Tedi is a great host, one of the most comprehensive welcomes we have had, with lots of ideas for exploring the area. We have a lovely stay here and would return.

Beautiful villa

We could not fault this villa, it was beautiful inside and out. All rooms were of a very similar and high standard and it was well equipped and comfortable. The owner was helpful and friendly and we had a very enjoyable holiday. We were a group of eight adults, but the villa would also be suitable for families, having a pool table, climbing frame, swing, and of course swimming pool. The barbecue area was also spacious for outdoor eating. Highly recommended.

pleasant stay

a very nice and comfortable house with plenty of space, suitable located in the middle of Istria to reach most of the interesting locations within 30 or 45 minutes. The very sympathetic owner was very helpful and gave us many valuable tips of attractions and restaurants etc. We felt really welcomed and would like to come again

Wunderbare 2 Wochen im Herzen von Istrien

Der sehr nette Vermieter hat uns in einem gepflegten Ferienhaus willkommen geheißen. Außenanlagen, Pool, Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren allesamt in sehr gutem Zustand. Der nahegelegene Supermarkt hatte alles für den täglichen Bedarf und die touristischen Orte an der Küste sind in 30min Fahrt schnell erreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
