Lovely hotel and staff. Nice studio room with a kitchen that has all you need. However the buffet breakfast was just okay but it was included with the room booking. The hotel is right next to a tram stop so it's easy to commute to the central area in the city. It is also next to a train station with a train that goes directly to the airport. So all in all it's an ideal hotel.

There are sime stores nearby but unlike New York, everything closes early and many places are closed on Sundays. Staff was welcoming and rooms were clean. Transportation is directly in front of the hotel and we felt very safe.

The location across from the train station is very convenient. The hotel itself is pretty basic. There was no mini bar and not even water offered. Because our room had a balcony we were not included in the complimentary breakfast, which was not clear when I booked. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and there are many food and shopping options nearby. Access to the Zurichsee is very easy - just a few blocks away. The room was fun and had great character! We loved our balcony space! The only reason I gave this property a 4 is because there is not a ton of room for a lot of luggage, without using the seating space for your suitcases. We never really felt like we moved in.
