"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir mieteten ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte inklusive Abendessen. Zum Abendessen wurden ausschließlich italienische Gerichte im Umfang von 5 Gängen serviert. Sehr lecker und elegant! Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und verfügt über einen guten großen Parkplatz. In der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Unweit des Hotels befindet sich ein Olivenpark. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Spa und eine eigene Mineralquelle. Wenn wir uns entscheiden, erneut in die Toskana zu reisen, werden wir nicht darüber nachdenken, in welchem Hotel wir übernachten werden."

"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. So weit nicht problematisch, aber ein eigenartiger Geruch im Hause, dass es sehr unangenehm war. Das Zimmer war unsauber.
Die Duschkabine war dreckig und schimmlig. Der Teppich im Korridor, wurde bestimmt mehrere Jahren nicht erneuert oder gepflegt. Das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. "
