"Das Hotel ist neu, relativ sauber, chinesisch betrieben und die Lage ist TOP!
ABER das Personal ist inkompetent - spricht schlechtes Englisch, kein Mazedonisch oder Serbokroatisch. Unser Zimmer wurde mal geputzt, mal nicht, die Handtücher random ausgetauscht.
Schreckliches Service beim Frühstück - halbe Stunde vor dem Schluss war Buffet leer unter Erklärung “es waren drei großen Gruppen vor ihnen”. Am nächsten Tag wurden uns Essen und Getränke mitten im Frühstück abgeräumt. Alles in einem TOP Lage alles andere 👎"

"Wir waren mit dem Service des bärtigen Rezeptionisten völlig unzufrieden. Er verhielt sich uns gegenüber respektlos und ignorant. Er sah uns nicht einmal an, wenn er sprach. Ich weiß nicht, ob das Hotel diese Person gezielt ausgewählt hat."
