"Es war nicht das, was das Profil des Hotels versprochen hat. Das ist zwar sicher grundsätzlich richtig. Aber derzeit wird alles renoviert oder neu gebaut. Viele Einrichtungen des Hotels stehen nicht oder nur eingeschränkt zur Verfügung. Vor dem Haus türmt sich Baustellenabfall.. Das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet. Und im Neubau war vieles noch nicht fertig. Es ist ja gut, wenn renoviert wird. Aber das sollte der Gast doch vor der Buchung wissen, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann."
