"Dieses Hotel ist auf gar keinem Fall ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Schon der Empfang war sehr komisch, uns wurde gar nicht erklärt wann das Frühstück ist, einfach gar nichts, einfach die Zimmerkarten übergeben. Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Wir hatten nie genug Badetücher. Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer, wir hatten nur 2 Badetücher und ein Handtuch. Habe einmal gesagt, sie sollen uns bitte noch bringen da wir zu dritt sind, nein haben sie nicht. Habe daraufhin nochmal angerufen, sie haben dann zwei gebracht, aber nicht wie üblich schön zusammengefaltet. Sie waren alt und haben gestunken. WC Papir wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig, das Wasser hat keinen Druck, die Dusche verstopft schnell. Wenn der Zimmernachbar die Tür aufmacht, denkt man,dass es die eigene Tür ist. Man hört alles im Gang. Teppichboden weist einige Flecken, Staub überall. Am ersten Tag im Restaurant gegessen und danach Brechen und Durchfall gehabt. Dieses Hotel ist 200 Fr pro Nacht nicht wert. "
