"I habe ein perfekter Aufenthalt dank der indischer Houskeeper gehabt. Das Zimmer, das eine wunderschöne Aussicht hatte, war sehr sauber, täglich habe ich kreative Dekorationen auf dem Bett gefunden. Meine Wunsche wurden sofort umgesetzt und ich wurde regelmäßig vom Housekeeping gefragt, ob ich etwas benötige. Das Rezeptions Team ist auch sehr nett, ich durfte sogar umsonst eine Stunde später auschecken.
Der Rooftop Poll hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
Das Restaurant vor Ort fand ich nicht so toll. Bei meiner Bestellung zum Mitnehmen wurde der Salat vergessen, geschmacklich war mein Beef Burger ok, aber die Pommes war nicht lecker. Ausserdem wird ein Zuschlag von 22% zusätzlich zu dem angezeigten Preis verrechnet, was ich richtig dreist finde. Für Service zahle ich immer sehr gerne sogar noch oben darauf, aber Stadtsteuer und sonstiges haben bei einer Essensbestellung nichts zu suchen. Es soll der Endpreis angezeigt werden.
