"Die Hotelanlage ist grundsätzlich schön aber zu klein: Zu wenig Platz am Pool, beim Frühstück und beim Check-in für so viele Gäste. Das Personal ist freundlich, ist aber auch beim Frühstück mit dem großen Andrang überlastet. Die Organisation mit der pseudo-digitalen Frühstücksreservierung funktioniert leider nicht und man hat extrem lange Wartezeiten. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Da wir davor in anderen Japanischen Hotels untergebracht waren, war das fehlende Netflix etc. beim TV gerade bei der Hotelkategorie überraschend. Für Paare, die Ruhe suchen, ist das Hotel nicht empfehlenswert, da es fast nur Familien mit Kindern gab."
