Renaissance Aix-en-Provence Hotel

"We had booked the night at the hotel months in advance and arrived on the day of checkin just to hear from the reception that they have a „problem with the room“ and that they booked us into another sister hotel of theirs.
The issue with this was it was 4 km outside the city and was only a four star. Never experienced something like this in any other five star hotel! Will never go back there"
